除雾器水压一般根据冲洗喷嘴的特征与除雾器之间的距离等因素确定（喷嘴与除雾器之间的距离一般为650-900mm）,冲洗水压低时，冲洗效果差。冲洗水压高则易造成烟气二次带水。同时降低叶片使用寿命。一般情况下，一级除雾器采用两层冲洗；及烟气的正面一层（除雾器对烟气的临界面）向上冲洗，水压为2.5-105pa以内，除雾器的背面一层向下冲洗，水压为1.5-105pa以内.二级除雾器采用一层向上冲洗，水压同一级同样。反面不冲洗，以免造成二次携带。具体的数值需根据工况情况而定。

蓬莱喷淋塔除雾器生产工艺介绍
除雾器是由多个等距固定的玻璃钢波纹板叶片叠置组合而成的（例如间距30的除雾器，就是波纹板和波纹板之间的距离是30mm，在风量许可的条件下，间距越小，脱硫除尘效果越好，一般我们建议客户选择间距30或35的），相邻的两个玻璃钢波纹板之间形成一条折曲流道，而且流道界面是不断改变的。携带液滴的水雾通过流道时，在碰撞、离心和旋流的作用下捕集雾滴。
叶片式除雾器主要用在三相分离器分离油、水，弯曲的玻璃钢叶片可去除雾气中的细小颗粒，从而达到脱硫环保的功效。
我厂生产的叶片式除雾器叶片厚度3mm，一般除雾器多用于塔内温度在150度以下，比如砖厂、锅炉厂。
